-  The Eleven, Children of the Light, The Everborn

Relic’s first cognizant creations; minor gods with the ability to create their own worlds within the universe of Relic; may place certain people in certain places within the world to help influence its events, but cannot directly control actions; can take physical form at will in worlds they create, but must ask permission to physically visit worlds created by others; all-seeing, but not all knowing; cannot see the future, theirs or that of those they have created; have infinite memory, but no native knowledge of events they did not witness; can only create mortal beings, though they have the ability to grant such beings great powers.

Relic created 11 Maeolai:

-          Pathus:

o   The Firstborn.  The first of the Maeolai created by Relic.  Views himself as noble and righteous, though can come across as arrogant.  Seeks to be not only his father’s first, but favored, child.

-          Therath:

o   The Daughter.  First female spirit to inhabit the universe.  Tender, caring and often taken advantage of.

-          Eru:

o    The Youngling.  Youngest of the Maeolai.  Precocious and eager to impress.  He is wiser than he seems.

-          Lindiel and Bandolin:

o   The Twins.  Mischevious pranksters, Lindiel and her brother Bandolin, are regarded fondly by their father if not so much by their siblings.  Their antics serve more as annoyances than malice.

-          Gordan (gor-DAHN):

o    The Brute.  The embodiment of strength.  Well meaning, but often brusque and tactless.

-          Fyfe (FEE-fay):

o   The Dreamer.  Preoccupied with visions of utopia and idealistic existence, he is withdrawn and introverted.  A Perfectionist.

-          Odian:

o   The Malcontent.  Always seems to go against his father’s wishes, for no other reason than to rebel.

-          D’noa(de-NO-uh):

o   The Calculator.  Values logic above all else.  She lets what makes sense decide things.  Often described as cold.

-          Nazirah(nah-ZEER-uh):

o   The Schemer.  At all times she is out to benefit herself, with little or no regard to the consequences.

-          Noh:

o   The Beauty.  Vain and self-centered, she is not malevolent, but still not loved greatly by her siblings.
